ONE YEAR IN!!

Today is Easter! Today is the Jesus rose from the grave and gave all humans a new start!! Well, Easter now feels, to me, a brand new start for me in Goals!!

Folks, it's been one year since I started my weight loss journey, can you believe it, 365 days, 52 weeks!! In 52 weeks I have lost 70 pounds! This journey has been amazing, and I have met so many people this past year that have gotten me to this (You all know who you are, there are just TOO many to mention!)

Well, like I mentioned, today is a day of renewal! I am here to vow (again) to you, I am going to get back on track 100%!!! I am SOO close to my goals I may have to kick myself in the @$$, but it's gonna happen!!

First, journal, journal, journal JOURNAL!!!!!!!!  Since I've gotten comfortable with my weight loss I've done generic "fruit!" No, no more! I will do "1 Cup Grapes" and then the points!! It's only me now keeping myself honest, and it's time I do that!

Next, EXERCISE!! Unfortunately, Colin is off his orders this month, which means, no more Norman, however, like any good teacher, he taught me, and prepared me for this day! It's the day where the baby birds leave the nest!  Well, with the weather getting nice, it's time I start my running again, while getting my butt to Lifetime.  With Gold's closing, a new chapter of exercise is opening and it's a blank page.  As the song says "the rest is still unwritten!"

I'm going back to basics people! It has been an amazing journey so far, and I can't wait to keep going!!! I'm also looking forward to getting to continue with you! Knowing that you guys are reading this, is what keeps me going! I LOVE getting messages from you guys saying it's making a difference! It's as if I'm doing this for US, not just me!

So thank you all, SO much for your love and support! This is one of the hardest things I've done and it's been the happiest and probably the most depressing roller coaster I've ever been through! Thank you, thank you THANK YOU!!
